Beluga caviar is the most precous and expensive caviar within the offered range and comes from the Acipenser Huso Huso species. Caviar connosseaurs appreiate the gentle texture and and aromatic taste notes of walnut, hazelnut and butter. The pearls of the Beluga caviar reach size od over 3mm, are dark grey in colour and have slightly oval form. This exclusive caviar shall be enjoyed purely on its own with only addition of the paired champagne drink.
