Kaluga caviar comes from male Acipenser Schrenkii and female Huso Dauricus species, a hybrid sturgeon. This caviar is very similar to the precious Beluga caviar and will satisfy the most demanding taste buds of caviar connoiseurs. The Kaluga caviar has distinctive light green and golden pearl colour ranging from 3mm to 3.5mm, with the notes of the hazelnut taste.
